Diamond braid is constructed with strands of fiber braided over and under each other in a circular direction. The middle of the rope has a center core of parallel fibers. This braid is generally stronger than solid braid, but not as strong as twisted or double braid.

Excellent for corrugated boxes, newspapers, hides, lath and lumber. Knot strength is approximately 50% of breaking strength. Totally biodegradable.

It resists rot, mildew, and insects. The twine has excellent uniformity with minimum stretch. It has no lubricant, stain, or gum coating treatment. Also used to pull rope through conduit; this lightweight fibrillated twine resists tangling when being dispensed. Although this twine is not for pulling wire or cable, it is a good choice for use with power fishing systems. Available in a reusable plastic bucket.

This rope?s highly visible bright yellow color makes it an excellent choice for roping off construction site areas. Although an ultraviolet inhibitor (UV) is added during the extrusion process, this rope will lose strength depending upon the amount of ultraviolet radiation is it exposed to.
