Terms & Conditions

Terms are discussed and approved at time of opening account.  All accounts created online require credit card payment at time of checkout.

All shipments may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or common carrier. (Shipments over 60 pounds and/or bulky products are generally shipped via common carrier.) 

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include shipping; duties; handling charges (if any); federal, state and local taxes. 

Orders under a defined amount may be subject to a small order fee unless otherwise arranged and approved with a Nassco representative.  The small order fee will appear in checkout before you complete your transaction.

Some products have MSDS information available in the product detail and description page of our website at Nasscoinc.com and can be requested as needed.

Nassco's Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to or application of conflicts or law rules and principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect its intent and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Nassco respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. We will not provide personal information to third parties for their commercial use. It is your responsibility to keep Nassco user ID's and passwords which access Nassco account information confidential. You can use the nasscoinc.com website to change your account password. In some cases we may collect information about your IP addresses to help identify and analyze trends and statistics. This information is only used for the business purposes of Nassco.
