Maximizer Continuous-Motion Conveyor

Capable of conveying and counting hand-placed items at speeds up to 50 batches per minute, this continuous motion, flighted conveyor has been designed to be simple to use, dependable and operationally flexible to double the productivity of hand load applications.

When used in conjunction with the AUTOBAG® 500 High-Speed Bagging System, an operator retrieves products from the load tray and places them into the Maximizer conveyor flights. The conveyor then delivers the product to the detection eye and accumulating funnel. Once the pre-set count is reached, the product is dropped into a pre-opened bag, sealed and detached, while another bag is presented for loading. This continuous conveying and counting motion speeds productivity in most hand-load applications.

Utilizing the very latest technology, the AUTOBAG® Maximizer is capable of detecting and counting product from .25" to 5.5" in length and up to 3" in width.

Accu-Count 200 Automatic Counting System

Capable of counting and batching at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour, this vibratory bowl feed and count system is engineered with state-of-the-art technology for high-accuracy counting productivity.

When used in conjunction with the AUTOBAG® Brand 500 High-Speed Bagging System, a bulk supply of product is driven to a single-flow that is automatically counted and batched to a pre-set quantity. The individual batch of product is then funneled to a pre-opened bag, sealed and dispensed, while another bag is presented for loading.

Utilizing the very latest technology, the AUTOBAG® Brand Accu-Count® 200 is capable of detecting product from .125" in diameter, .125" to 2.5" in length and up to 2" wide. The system is available with multiple bowl configurations, allowing the flexibility to run different part variations.

An on-board control system enables simple, fast and reliable integration of the Accu-Count to AUTOBAG® Brand baggers and Kit-Veyor® systems. Technology advancements include comprehensive system diagnostics from the baggers AutoTouch™ Control Screen, and automatic sequencing in Kit-Veyor kit packaging operations.

Accu-Scale 220 Weigh-Count System

The AUTOBAG® Accu-Scale® 220 is a simple, highly sensitive infeed system that accurately weigh-counts small parts. Designed for use with the AUTOBAG® 500 High-Speed Bagging System, the Accu-Scale® 220 provides a complete weigh-count packaging solution.

Utilizing the very latest technology, the AUTOBAG® Accu-Scale 220 is capable of detecting and counting product as light as 0.1 grams. Simply place a sample of the product to be counted into the tray and the scale virtually programs itself to count the product accurately. As more products are added, the weight is instantly measured and the piece count is displayed. Once the desired amount is reached, a foot-pedal-operated flip-tray automatically dispenses each batch into a pre-opened AUTOBAG® plastic bag.

Using system matched AUTOBAG® bags-on-a-roll, the AUTOBAG® Accu-Scale® 220 offers a fast and effective semi-automatic, weigh-count and bagging solution.
