VSA1825
  • Designed and built to give you the performance needed for positive sealing a wide variety of polyolefin shrink films.
  • Easteys VSA1825 is designed specifically for automatic L-sealing applications that require simple operation and a small footprint.
  • Products are automatically fed into the VSA1825 where a product sensor detects the product as it moves into the sealing area. Once in position, a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar automatically seals the film edges to create a loose bag around the product. Once sealed, the product transfers to a heat tunnel to shrink the film and provide a clean, finished product.
  • The efficient automatic seal system allows users to seal between 35 to 40 products per minute, depending on the product size and application requirements.
  • Vertical cutting motion with PTFE hot knife delivers a consistent seal every time.
  • Adjustable pin perforators provide air evacuation during shrink process.
  • Film inverter opens film to create a loose bag around the product.
  • 7 color touchscreen features simple user interface menus for easy operation and adjustments required for a variety of applications.
  • Scrap wind roller for safe and convenient removal of scrap film.
  • Exit conveyor provides a smooth transition from the sealer to the shrink tunnel.
