The Speedypacker system delivers expanding packing foam to high-volume packaging operations for quick, cost-effective product protection. A versatile industrial-grade touch screen display lets the operator select the optimum bag size and foam combinations for fast, secure protection for a wide variety of items. Each custom-shaped cushion absorbs bumps and bruises during the shipping process.

Instapak® Quick® RT On-Demand Foam Bags
Protective packaging you can use anywhere. It provides cost-saving benefits and the proven performance of Instapak® foam without a dispensing unit. Ideal for low-volume packaging operations. Save valuable space by expanding only when needed. After activation, the foam expands up to 27 times its original size in seconds, forming custom-fit protective foam cushions.
- Activates by a simple press, pat, and pack technique

SEALED AIR® Instapak® Foam Molding - Custom Engineered

Standalone iMold foam molding system uses a patented foam dispersion technology that guarantees cushion consistency and strategically dispenses foam into bags.
