What Are Different Types of Carton Erecting Machines?

IPG Case Erectors

IPG Care Erectors form RSC- or HSC-style cases by pneumatically folding the bottom four flaps and sealing the bottom center seam with pressure-sensitive carton sealing tape.

CE 10P WAT: Applies WAT to the bottom of an RSC or HSC style case. Processes up to 10 cases/min and 48" hopper holds 135-150 cases

CE 12P: Processes up to 12 cases/min and 48" hopper holds 135-150 cases

TT 1400E: Processes up to 25 cases/min and applies tape or hot melt glue to seal.

Loveshaw CF-50T automatic carton erector

CF-50T: Processes up to 20 cases/min, tool less changeover to different box sizes

BestPack’s Compact ELVS features a space savvy footprint. This new design is made to improve setup time and maximize on floor space without compromising on performance. The ELVS has an expanded carton range and doesn’t require any tools to do a carton size changeover.

All BestPack units are available in a standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

AB Sealer Carton Erectors

These carton erectors can function at speeds up to 15 cases per minute of rectangular or square cases in RSC, HSC, OR CSSC styles.
Available 100 KD case magazine was designed for easy loading during machine operation. Choose from a range of sealers including pressure-sensitive tape or hot-melt glue adhesive.

Maximum 5 Series: Smaller boxes, max KD case (L+W) 29"

Maximum 7 Series: Larger boxes, max KD case (L+W) 44"
