AUTOBAG® Brand Takeaway Conveyor

AUTOBAG® Brand Accu-Count® 200

Capable of counting and batching at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour, this vibratory bowl feed and count system is engineered with state-of-the-art technology for high-accuracy counting productivity.

Accu-Count® 200:

Part Orientation Funnels provide enhanced control of the part as it falls from the bowl through the detection eye
Analyzes and assigns a value to each part. Any part below value, like dirt or part fragments, is identified as scrap and not counted
Available in top or side load configurations, and comes standard with a 24" polyurethane coated cast aluminum bowl

AUTOBAG® Brand Accu-Scale® 220

The AUTOBAG® Accu-Scale® 220 is a simple, highly sensitive infeed system that accurately weigh-counts small parts. Designed for use with the AUTOBAG® Brand 500 High-Speed Bagging System to provide a complete weigh-count packaging solution.

Accu-Scale® 220:

Able to count bulk product from 0.1 grams up to 5 pounds in weight – overall sensitivity exceeds 0.1 gram (.003 oz)
Ideal for products that tangle or do not flow easy
Multi-batch capability for large product applications that exceed the volume of the flip-tray for flexibility
